REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

At this time we do not offer refunds to original payment method or exchanges. 

RETURN POLICY 

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit if requested within 7 days of the delivery date on the original order, regardless of the payment method used. NO EXCEPTIONS. Postage for returns are to be paid by the customer.

Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached. Intimates, accessories and sale/discounted items are all FINAL SALE and not eligible to return.


Please follow the instructions below BEFORE returning your item(s). Failure to do so could delay or cause a denial of your return.

  • Send an email with your order number in the subject line to returns@ciaraj.com. Failure to include your order number will delay your return request.

  • List the items you would like to return with reason. Please allow 2-3 business days for response. 

  • Once approved, mail back your item(s) to the distribution center listed in your return approval email.  (Make sure you keep your proof of postage so you can track the shipment on its way back to us.)

  • When your return arrives back at our warehouse, a return associate will ensure all approved item(s) have been received in original condition. 

  • You’ll receive your store credit or approval of exchange within an additional 3 business days.


Please note: In the event of a discrepancy between the return requested and the actual items received we reserve the right to recover any shortfall from you and/or rescind the return approval. If this is the case, we will contact you and ship the item(s) back to you.


Returns MUST be delivered to our return center within 7 days from return approval dateWe will not accept any returns outside of the 7 day time frame. Any requests or returns exceeding 7 days from package receipt will be denied and refused. 


Please note, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and we require proof of tracking for all returned packages. We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and your tracking number for the returned items until you’ve received your store credit. Please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. You’ll receive an email for every action following your return status.
